Welcome to our website to showcase such an amazing company, Scratch N’ Learn LLC. Scratch N’ Learn LLC was founded with Proverbs 22:6 in mind, as it is truly important to train up a child not only in the religious sense, but through life lessons and skills they can learn and use for the duration of their lives. As someone who remembers graduating from high school without a plan as to what I was going to do next, this company is PERSONAL. It is a goal of mine that all students coming out of high school or nearing the completion of college are prepared for the next season of their lives. Hailing from Augusta, GA, Dr. James E. Allen Jr. is a current higher education professional with a strong passion for ensuring all high school students have the knowledge needed to not only enter higher education or to solidify a full-time trade, but to thrive in either of the two in life. Dr. Allen Jr. strives for all high school and college students to have a plan in life, and know the basic skills that they will need to progress through life, from understanding financial literacy, understanding the importance of voting and politics, having a backup plan in life, and much more.

Richelle Fields, or MC RiRi, hails from North Carolina. Richelle Fields is a woman of faith, purpose, and passion who believes in serving God through both ministry and wellness. With over 12 years of experience in health education, she currently serves as a Health Educator, where she empowers individuals—including leaders and professionals—to prioritize their mind, body, and spirit for sustainable well-being. Guided by her belief that “you can’t pour from an empty cup,” Richelle helps others recognize the importance of self-care and intentional wellness in both personal and professional life.
Richelle’s career spans public health, sexual health, nutrition, and wellness education, where she has consistently championed holistic well-being for individuals of all ages. She is passionate about mentoring and equipping leaders to prioritize their wellness, knowing that healthy, balanced leaders inspire healthy, thriving communities.
Outside of her professional work, Richelle is a playwright, filmmaker, balloon artist, and business owner of The Total Xperience with her husband, Kevin Fields.
